Application and Screening Fee:Prior to submitting a rental application, all prospective tenants must meet in person with the Landlord or the Landlord's authorized representative. After this meeting, applicants who choose to apply will be required to pay a non-refundable screening fee to cover the cost of credit, criminal, and rental history checks.This fee will be reasonable and reflect the actual cost of screening. The meeting and fee requirement will be applied equally to all applicants in compliance with Massachusetts Fair Housing Law.
